Crafstman Tractor Update

I got my new tractor, again. Michael was there when they delivered it.
I noticed that the cutting deck wheels were rubbing the front tire on the right side. I got down and saw that a rod was not connected. On the other tractor this also happened. I had to attach it and make a cotter pin.
Not sure where this tractor is assembled but who ever is doing the right side, needs more instructions. Jeez.
